Poor Little Thing!
Jonathan was persistent in his pursuit to locate the misplaced pet. As he moved through the forest while listening to the sounds of the animals and taking cautious, quiet movements, he was undetected. When the puppy suddenly stopped whimpering, he was terrified that he’d lost it forever. Jonathan retreated a few paces out of fear that he had gone too far and continued to do so until he once again heard the baby creature whimpering.

After that, he looked around and saw the small creature. He had piled up the moss into a tiny bed, and a baby white monkey was resting on top of it. The monkey was so young that its eyes weren’t quite open yet. Jonathan knelt to comfort the helpless animal while scanning the area for any more potential pups. After all, they were often delivered in groups. However, there was nothing there.
