Jonathan was stunned for a moment, and then he turned his back on the larger dog, which continued to exhibit symptoms of being irritated by the “monkey.” Jonathan did this because the “monkey” was getting under his skin. Jonathan let out a sigh of exasperation as it became more apparent that the animal he had discovered in the forest was most certainly not a puppy. On the other hand, it may have been a monkey. Jonathan lowered his head and prayed in his own quiet way that a veterinarian would be able to provide some assistance in determining what was going on. He showed that there would be a change to the plans by nodding his head and keeping his eyes straight ahead. The first stop on his itinerary would be the veterinarian. It was now very evident that determining what kind of animal it was would have to take precedence above everything else. He couldn’t believe his good fortune when the lady offered to help him go where he needed to go.
