The woman lifted the plate and put it down. Except for the recognizable grease and sauce mark, the leftovers were gone after she performed this. Henry was unable to determine where the food had been poured.

She retrieved a plastic bag from her apron and placed the food into it before peeking over her shoulder. Henry was enraged beyond measure.
