Seeing Positive Changes
Just a little before they reached the 30-day challenge, Lexi noted she felt so much better, and she was pleased with the way she looked. Of course, this new feeling gave her a lot of confidence to keep pushing to achieve the ultimate goal she was working for. This new diet and daily exercise routine were doing a great job! Before long, Lexi was dropping a whopping 20 pounds per month, but as time passed, the weight loss started to get somewhat “stagnant.” Lexi stated she deiced to up her exercise routine and adjusted the calories she got from her dieting as she wanted her weight loss to be flowing again.
No Excuses
Many people have the passion for losing weight and making plans for it, but when it comes to doing the necessary work to achieve the goals, their determination and drive are no longer there. Research has shown that whenever someone fails to keep to their word, they lose lots of motivation and feel like they are a failure. Lexi was mindful not to let herself be in such a situation, and she regarded her gym membership as one of the most important things in her life. She labeled her gym visits as a business meeting where she is her own boss and cannot miss those appointments.
