When Kate Middleton’s Emilia Wickstead dress blew up in a gust of wind in front of a crowd of people, she found herself seeing the world through Marilyn Monroe’s eyes. The National War Memorial in India was the location of the event. She battled the wind for the most of the royal tour and was seen making an unsuccessful attempt to keep her dress down. Luckily, she maintained her cool and would just pat it back down whenever it attempted to defy gravity.
